How virtual appointment works: 1. Book an appointment online or by calling Fair Street Taxes at (608)479-0676. 2. Receive a link to sign up for our secure client portal. 3. Upload your documents to the client portal (or drop them off at our 24/7 secure drop-box location at our office). 4. Connect with us through a video call (Zoom) to discuss your information and answer any questions you have. 5. A tax professional will complete your tax return. 6. Review & sign your tax return from the comfort of your home by utilizing our secure client portal. Prepare for a smooth, hassle-free tax filing experience!
Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours of the start time of your scheduled appointment time. If you are within the 48 hours, please call (608)479-0676 to reschedule or cancel. Available time slots do vary in length and if more time is needed to complete your return, we can schedule a follow-up time or contact you once they are complete for pick-up. If you do not show for your scheduled time slot and have not cancelled, rescheduled the appointment, or contacted Fair Street Taxes, we reserve the right to refuse future services to you.
